According to the national standard GB8649-88 & forging (rolling) ball ferrous metallurgy industry standards (YB/T 091-2005), our plant specializes in producing forged/casted grinding media ball diameter from Φ20- Φ130mm.
The advance manufacturing methods and materials guarantee the maintenance of the geometrical tolerance and correct structures vital to reliable, consistent performance and long life. Production Process:
1) Heating: heat the raw materials
2) Forging and Stamping: In this step, machines cut wire into short lengths and form it into spherical shapes.
3) Heat Treatment: heat treatment imparts the desired hardness.
