Chrome steel balls are used in precision ball bearings and many industrial applications , where their properties of high capacity and fine surface finish are required. We offer chrome steel balls in sizes ranging from 3.1750mm-150mm. We provide chrome steel balls in various grades, the highest being G10 and the lowest G600.
Applications:
Chrome steel balls are applied in bearings such as slew bearing, deep groove ball bearing, thrust ball bearing, self aligning ball bearing, double-row bearing and etc.
packing
1.Firstly we pack the balls in cartons. 2.Then, we pack our balls using wooden pallet in our export business :
One type inside has two cartons.
For each carton, length: 22cm width:17cm height:10cm 1).Put the plastic paper in the pallet(waterproof).
The size of wooden pallet: 860mmm 800mm 750mm
2).Put the ball carton into the pallet ,and fix the pallet.
3).Hooping the pallet tightly using the steel rods
Another type inside has four cartons:
For each carton, length: 15cm width:12cm height:10cm --------
About the outside carton:
For each carton, length: 37cm width:25cm height:11cm
Generally, if you don't want packing with our company's logo and name, we offer neutral packing.
STRICT PRODUCTION PROCESS
A. Raw material--Wire drawing--Cold heading--Flashing--Heat treatment--Grinding--Lapping 1--Lapping2--Lapping3--Washing--Checking.
All balls must be passed the procedure of passivity. Each procedure have professional inspector. They will check steel balls each two hours to insure the correction diameter and good surface of SAIGE steel ball.
B. Our high precision bearing steel balls is G10. (Diameter variation is in 0.25um)
Following is our inspection standard of G10 steel balls:
1. Each size of chrome steel balls have their own standard balls which are imported from Japan.
2. These standard balls were stocked into antitrust oil at the temperature 20° C.
3. Our size measurement instrument's precision is up to 0.1um. Also import from Japan.
4. We will check the diameter, hardness, surface, deviation from spherical, vibration value and so on.
