Honeywell’s integrated PlantScape Vista/S9000
Controller System combines our field-proven Supervisory Control and Networking package PlantScape Vista with our equally reliable and proven integrated loop and logic controller S9000. This combination gives you a tightly
integrated control solution that provides the ultimate flexibility in designing, configuring, monitoring and controlling your process.
The integration is based on a client-server architecture using an Ethernet TCP/IP communications link as shown in
Figure 1. The modular architecture means you can easily expand the system if
needed. The PlantScape Vista server maintains a single integrated real-time database for the system. This means the current process data is readily
accessible throughout thenetwork.
