Established in the late of 2004, our company has two departments, including sales and factory. Moreover, the sales department, in Zhengzhou ,China, possesses 15 sophisticated workers.
Also, the factory in Xuchang,China, covering a area of over 10 thousand square meters, owns 57 experienced workers. What’s more, 6 advanced pre-dispose technicians, 2 senior post-dispose technicians, 2 model-designed masters, and 10 three head machine operators, 10 workers putting hairs in order, are included. There are also 2 workers allotting hair according to their grade, 15 packers, and 10 other workers.
Additionally, many kinds of hair products, especially hair weft, wigs and hair extension, such as machine-made wefts, I-tip and U-tip hair extension,Flat-tip and V-tip hair extension, Micro ring loop hair extension, clip in hair extension and so on., are sophisticatedly manufactured.
Furthermore, each procedure is strictly carried out , including grading hair, putting hairs in order, allotting hair according to their grade, and operating the three head machine,
also, covering washing, drying, disinfection,defining shape , and washing again, adding the shape oils, drying again, ironing, pruning , packing and so on. We do our best to ensure the quality of products. |
