Tak Shun mould factory (hereinafter called Tak Shun), was established in 1989, located in Baoan District,Shenzhen. Tak Shun specializes in designing and making the moulds for Home Appliances, plastic toys and consumer electronics. We had manufacatured moulds, full range of plastic injection and mould designing 26 years so far.
In order to sevice clients better, Tak Shun invested much in plant and equipments, now Tak Shun had more than 11000 squares plant, for consumer one stop service, we bought all kinds of equipments, extended to 5 assembly lines, 18 pcs injection machines which some reach 500 ton, 11pcs pad printing machines and so on. So we could make the mould, injection, assembly, silk-screen, and packaging for clients.
For Christmas products and cloth dolls, we bought 31 pcs lathes, 1pc button sewing machine and 2 pcs computer sewing machine.
About Tak Shun culture, one stop service, solved all problems for our clients. Our clients cooperated with us, they could at ease that because the plant is our own, equipments is our own, we have to do well for our clients. This is why we could develop and improve ourselves in past 26 years.
And Tak Shun owns a whole set of advanced technology in CAD/CAE/CAM. We summarized a set of mature experience.
