OURI PRODUCTION LINE at present is as following:
1.Production Line: Five, including 2500tons,1600tons,1000tons,630tons
and 400tons
2.Intermediate Frequency Inductive Stove: Two
3.CNC Milling Machine: Two
4.PUNCH: Twelve
5.Magnetic Detection Machine: One
Also, we''re going to be equiped with more lines( 2500tons line,1000tons line ect.) at the end of this year for our new plant.
OURI PASSED TS16949 to guarantee our quality by system control.
Together with effort of our staff, production lines and good management, we are able to reach:
1. Product Range: around 50 forging parts at present including auto parts, agricultrual
parts, railway parts and ect.
2. Daily Output: 2000pcs-6000pcs depend on different product sizes

4. Mould Maintance: after producing 800-1000pcs, we''ll do mould maintance to keep
all our products in good quality
5. Development: we can develop new items with your drawings and samples
