Sailway is purely export-oriented service of casual footwear. We export about $10billion in total revenue last year.
The EU is the primary overseas destination, taking up three-fifths of overseas sales. France and Italy are the main markets in the bloc. Thirty percent goes to Japan ans Australia. The US accounts for the rest.
All orders are made under OEM basis. Prices start at $2 and reach $10, dependin gon the technology of production and materials used. Women''s PU boots are offered for at least $6.5. Canvas shoes are available for $4 in average.
At least 100 models are released every month. Samples normally take 10 days to complete.
We have an office in Wenzhou, China. The facilities have a combined area of 300sqm. There are tens of full-time exmployees including the document department, sales department, sourcing department, QC department, customers-service department.
And the plant is equipped with cutting, sewing, sanding, forming and vulcanizing etc machines. 3 production lines and more than 400 hundrec full-time workers can manufacture 7,500pairs a month. The average monthly output is 2.5million pairs. Tens of inspectors comprise the QC team. Finished items are examined before packing and shipping.
Products are usually placed in polybags and cartons. Packaging can be customized for an additional fee. The MOQ is 1500pair/color per model per size. Delivery time is within 40 days after samples confirmed and deposit paid.
