Set up in March 2000,QYH Rubber And Plastic Product HK Limited has already became integration of developing, designing, producing and selling. We have a factory in Dongguan City. There are R & D Department, Molding Department, Injection Department, Assembly Departments, QC Department and sales Department in our factory.
We specialize in the production of electronic products,such as computer speakers, phone speakers ,bluetooth speaker and subwoofer.our output is 3000 pcs/day.
We have three professional engineers with 10 years experience.OEM and ODM are welcomed.
We have seven experienced workers with 8 years experience in our Molding Department. We have complete equipments, two CNCs , two Electric Discharge Machines, three wire electrode cutting Machines, two grinding machines, four milling machine. We specialized in all kind of plastic & rubber Molds.
We have sixteen injection machines range from 90T to 320T.
There are two Assembly Departments in our factory. We can delivery in 7 days.
That quality is life is our principle. There are 7 QC in our QC Team. They are rich experience with at least 3 years. All the products will be tested before delivering.
Exporting takes over 90% of annual sales. The main countries and regions are: USA 7%, Europe 10%, MiddleSouth Asia10%, South Asia 10%, the Middle East 25%, Oceania 13% and other 15%.
All the products had been got favorable reputation from the customers. Moreover, all of our products have passed CE, FCC ,ROHS tests.
