Established in 1995, Penglai Marine Bio-Tech Co., Ltd.(PMC) specializes in the production of nutritional fortification, substances in foods, as well as food additives of functional food and dietary supplement. The major products include calcium agents, micro-elements, extracts, CLA, potassium gluconate, zinc gluconate, etc. The quality of products can meet the requirements of China''s Pharmacopoeia, national standard, USP and BP. PMC has established a complete set of production and quality control system, and has achieved all the necessary certificates for business operation. Located in Penglai Economic&Technological Development Zone, PMC occupies an area of 94,960 sqm., including newly-built multifunctional building for both business and experiment of 4100sqm, five newly-built manufacturing workshops of 6200sqm, the power workshop and auxiliary facility of 1860sqm and the warehouses of 6050sqm. With the original assets of￥11,280,000 and new investment of ￥45,140,000, the total assets of PMC can reach to ￥56,420,000. Besides, PMC has the following production capacity: calcium carbonate 5,000 ton/year; calcium citrate 3,600 ton/year; and conjugated linoleic acid 300ton/year, etc.
The designing and construction of PMC can fully conform to relevant national regulations, as well as the statutory provisions and regulations of GMP for pharmaceutical raw material, GMP for food of developed countries and HACCP. Such operations like drying or packaging are strictly proceeded in 10,000 level cleaning room. The manufacturing equipment and facility are among the most modern in the country. |
