1, In Jan. 2008, Shengli (Vienam) Special Steel Co. , Ltd was established by Shengli (Fuzhou) Group Corporation and GDFTG.
2, In July, 2009, GDFTG takeover 19. 9% shares of Kagara, one of Australia’s mid-tier mining leaders and reach a deal to explore the largest Zinc mine in Oct.
3, In Dec. 2009, Vermont UM Bunkering PTE LTD, a joint venture between GDFTG and United Maritime Pte Ltd, was founded, specializing in marine petrol supply in Singapore.
