Established in 1999, the company covers an area of 120,000 square meters, with a total capital 150,000,000 RMB, a registered capital 35,800,000 RMB and 800 staffs. The headquarter of the company is located at Chahe Town, Rudong county, Jiangsu Province, which is the northeast part of high developed Yangtze River Delta. With Sutong Bridge coming into use, Chahe Town has been integrated into Shanghai Economy Circle.
Integration: Our company has formed an integrated operation system, including mulberry planting, silk worm raising, fresh cocoon collecting and drying, silk reeling, silk fabric weaving, garments and home textiles, etc. It has built 3000 hectares of high quality mulberry and silkworm base, 30 cocoon collecting stations which harvest 4,500 tons of fresh cocoon per year; 18 sets of modem automatic silk reeling machine with a capacity of 7200 reeling ends, which produce 600 tons of white steam filature yarns annually; it also owns 100 silk knitting machines which provide an annual output of 350 tons of silk knitted greige; 4 clothing production lines provide 600,000 silk clothes yearly; besides, more than 40,000 high-grade environmental silk quilts and other bedding sets are also manufactured here. All these make a value of production exceeding 400,000,000 RMB every year. |
