Shandong Xingmin Wheel Co., Ltd. was founded in December 1999, controlling Sino-Tex (Longkou) Wheel Manufacturer Inc -Joint Venture of America and China. Xingmin is a national grade enterprise in China with capital of RMB15.5 billion and more than 1,300 employees, total area more than 500,000 square meters. Xingmin is honored as committee member of the automobile industry association of China, and an “AAA” grade credit unit of China Construction Bank. The company has obtained the independent right to engage in import and export trade, and passed through the authentication of ISO/TS16949 international quality system verified by SGS. In 2005, Xingmin registered trade mark was denominated as famous marks by Shandong Province Government and Xingmin brand product was honored with the famous brand product of Shandong Province. Xingmin was conferred to Yantai enterprise technical center in 2007, rating as Top 100 enterprises of Yantai in 2008 and leading wheel manufacturer of China auto parts industry in 2009. Furthermore, Xingmin was successfully listed in Shenzhen stock exchange as a first public company in the same industries throughout the county in Feb 9, 2010, named Xingmin Wheel, stock code: 002355.
