Guangdong Dynavolt Power Technology Co.,Ltd. is a provincial private hi-tech enterprise jointly established on November 2001 by Chen Lewu from Humei Storage Battery Co., Ltd. of Chenghai founded in 1986 with 16 years’ experience on production of lead acid batteries, who obtained a degree of MBA in USA and serves as Vice Director of Guangdong Entrepreneurship Foundation for Returned Overseas Young Students, several senior storage battery engineers and, Shenyang Storage Battery Institute, the sole storage battery institute in China.
Owing to advanced technology, several advanced production lines and various testing equipment, the Company is able to provide the broad global market with chips, containers and device parts for manufacturing excide batteries. Therefore, the Company takes the lead among its domestic counterparties. In addition, the Company was awarded ISO9002 Safety and Quality Certificate.
As a director unit of China Industrial Association of Power Sources as well as China Battery Industry Association, the Company has a building area of 28,000 square meters and 630 employees, including 120 technicians, 14 engineers and 4 senior engineers. The Company currently manufactures 6 series of batteries, including valve-regulated lead-acid batteries used in the electricity field, lead batteries for motorcycles, and lead batteries for cars, sealed lead-acid batteries for motorcycles, and sealed lead-acid batteries for cars, and lead-acid batteries for traction engines. In combination with latest production technology, outstanding techniques, safe and reliable quality and credit worthiness, the Company manufactures batteries with various features, gradually reaching the leading level in the world. Currently, batteries manufactured by the Company have been sold to 29 provinces as well as over 50 countries and regions such as USA, Europe and Australia. In order to ensure customers can enjoy convenient and good service, the Company has set up several branches in different regions throughout the country and established an improved sales and service network system.
In 2007, the Company further invested in technological innovation so as to improve capacity through more mechanical operation. With continuous price increase of materials such as lead, the sales volume of its many counterparties is dropping; however, the Company overcame this difficulty. Compared with the last year, the sale volume is increased by 48%. Currently, the Company is constructing a new factory covering an area of 100 mu in Emerging Industrial Park of Liuzhou. As planed, such project will be established in the second quarter of 2008. After the establishment, such factory and the factory in Shantou will complement each other in terms of product type, market and production capacity. Beside the National Highroad of Zhangzhou, Fujian, an industrial park covering an area of 300 mu is scheduled to be established in the fourth quarter of 2008. |
