Our company is Located in songmen town, WenLing city, ZheJiang province, is the council member of Rotomolding Committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association. (1) Rotomolding machine
Currently, many rotomolding machines are bulky, difficult tranport, energy- waste and operation- complex etc in domestic. We introduce the advanced technology of rotational molding machines from abroad, with disassembly and assembly department, energy-saving and intelligence, it is the most advanced rotomolding equipment in the world. In order to meet the customer demand, we developed mini type, independent arm, Shuttle type, three-station, four-station and five/six-station rotating machine and so on. And all kinds of rock & roll molding machines.
(2) Rotomolding mould
Rotational Mould Manufacturing Technology include Steel plate mold & aluminum die-casting mold. Having first-class steel mould welder, cold-reduction and mould design engineer. The characteristics: it can produce more large moulds, lower cost, shorter period,, also it can open more than two moulds at the same time etc.
(3) Rotomolding products
All Rotomolding products are strictly following of the People''s Republic of China GB9687-88 standards, adopting imported high-quality raw materials, using imported mature rotational molding technology, one-step molding, seamless welded, avirulent, Anti-sour Anti-alkaline，Impact resistance，high temperature resistant ，low temperature resistant ，Anti-Seepage，ageing resistance etc.
