We have had three soly-owned factories , a weaving factory ,a bleaching&dying factory and a home textiles factory .There are modern feather and down products manufacturing facilities located in Anhui Province ,one of China''s most prominent areas for feather and down.
Our production line ranges from down quilts, feather pillows ,super soft plush quilts, microfiber quilts,mattress beds to feather quilts .And our customers include IKEA in Sweden, Warehouse in England and Honest in Japan.
Our monthly production reaches 200,000 pieces of comforters ,30,000 pieces of pillows ,40,000 pieces of feather beds and other bedding of 50,000 pieces or more . In this busy season we usually finish 30*40FT containers per week.
And we has also past the test for Ultra-Freash*antimicrobial protection means that the article has been protected against the growth of a range of microorganisms that can cause odors,staining,deterioration and ,in some causes,allergies and asthma.
