Jialong High-Tech. Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful seaport city Qinghuangdao. Founded in 1998, the company has registered capital of USD 29 million, over 1000 staffs, and the plants that occupy a land area of 100,000 square meters.
Our main products include all kinds of pressing-type borosilicate glass products, such as lighting reflectors, lenses and resisting-heat borosilicate glassware, which are used in the lighting industry, gauges and instruments meters, home appliances and kitchenware etc.
Our company was named as "the High Technology Enterprise of Hebei Province"in 2008.
As a modern enterprise, Jialong is dedicated to researching and developing high-class glass products, and now we have a capability of manufacturing cutting-edge glass goods which are used in special industries, such as medical appliance and airfield lighting etc. Jialong will continue the pursuit of becoming the most competitive enterprise in our sector with the greatest brand value.
Our sophisticated factory has the most advanced pressing-type glass production line, whose total investments amount to USD147 millions. According to our strategic plan, the whole project of production-line establishment will be finished in three phases. The first phase has already completed in December 2008, and its investment totaled USD44 millions. In this phase, we imported the most developed glass furnace and pressing machine facilities and production lines from SORG and WALTEC of Germany - both companies also provided us with intensive technical supports. Our first-phase production line started working on February 28th, 2009 thanks to the endeavors of our staffs, most of our products are supplies to multinationals like GE, OSRAM and BJB GMBH, and they helped us win a good reputation among our clients.
For the moment, our second-phase production line is under construction. The whole investment costs USD 59 millions and we estimate that it will be finished before the end of August, 2010. As the consequence, our factory will have the capacity of 136 tons per day to manufacture borosilicate glass products. In addition, our product range will be extended to high class heating glassware, baby feeding bottles, coffee pots, observing windows of wash-machine and covers of lamp for automobiles etc. Eventually, Jialong High-Tech. will emerge as the top-tier supplier of borosilicate glass products, renowned for their quality, safety and environmental sustainability, to customers from all over the world. |
