The dyeing workshop is equipped with 6 bulk-fiber dyeing tanks, 1 hank dyeing machines and 2 drying machines. All dyeing machines are equipped with the state-of-the-art SETEX535 computer control system made in Germany, which maximally avoid color difference between different dyeing tanks in dyeing process.
The woolen spinning workshop including Octir combing machine, Bigagli spinning machine and Schlafhorst winding machines. It can produce 12nm ~ 36 nm cashmere yarn and all kinds of blended cashmere yarn with annual production capacity of 500 tons.
We are imported 2 line equipment from the Italy for producing the worsted yarn, it will be produced in Oct. The yarn scope is 28/２Nm-180/2Nm.
