Established in 1996, our company owns more than 900 employees and covers an area of 66000 square meters. It is located in Bazhou city, Hebei province,China, about 90km east to Tianjin international seaport.
With production ability of 6000 tons per month, now, we possess 7 steel pipe production lines, including 2 double roll reversing cold-rolling mill (thickness: 0.2-2.0mm), 2 chip separators, 2 sets of hood-type annealing furnace, 7 tubing machines ( width : 0.4mm-2.0mm). With main products of steel pipe, our products cover more than 70 varieties in more than 10 series, including stripe steel, cold plate, welded steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe, bright steel pipe, black steel pipe, chilled steel pipe, round pipe, square pipe, rectangle pipe, ellipse pipe, six angle pipe, special steel pipe , stainless steel pipe and so on. They are widely used for furniture, leisure products, outdoor products , etc.
For the steel pipe future, we have 100 burr-free tube cutting machines, 4 tube benders, and a set of electrostatic powder coating. Our company's major furniture products include the following four series: outdoor furniture, leisure furniture, courtyard furniture, and garden furniture, including tent, large-sized umbrellas, gazebos, rattan furniture, hammocks, carports , swing chairs, leisure chairs, tables, beach chairs, sofas, dining chairs and tables, bar chairs and tables, lounges and many more.
