Our company was founded in 2002, covering an area of over 10000sqm. Thanks to Taizhou Yongsheng Plastic Mould Co., Ltd and Huangyan Jiaokeng Chemical Plant, as a brother company of them, we got abundant mould making experiences and chemical additive producing experiences from them. The company is developing very fast these years and passed ISO9001 easily. Now we have all necessary equipment like: 2000 tons press machine, CNC machining centers, numerical control EDM, gun drills, numerical control lathes, 3D control detectors, etc, and we make moulds with high quality and high speed.
Our main businesses are SMC, BMC, GMT, LFT moulds and its products for four kinds of thing as below:
1. Vehicle internal and external parts: like bumper, engine hood, truck door, wing board, outside board of fore-surround, front panel, etc.
2. SMC door: We are very experienced in making all kind of SMC door and we have our own patent in making all kinds of wood grains.
3. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen equipment: like bathroom floor, ceiling board, wainscot, wash basin (from one bowl sank to three bowl sank), etc.
4. Electric apparatus and instrument: We produce series of family electric apparatus, electrical equipment boxes, ammeter boxes, high & low voltage switch, relay, etc.
