Ningbo Suopu rubber & plastic Co.,Ltd. is specially engaged in the production of the rubber products. Founded in 1990, it is adjacent to Ningbo-Line First-Class Road. It is 40km away from ningbo Lishe Airport and 200 meters from Tongsan Line Expressway Xidian Exit. It has the transport facilities. The company currently has 350 workers and staff members among which there are 35professional technicians, 70 supervisors and managing personnel. It covers an area of 36,600 square meters. It has a floor space of 15,000 square meters. Its total assets is 50 million RMB. The products not only are wide-marketing all over the country, but also sell far to the international market.
At present the company is specialized in producing the rubber parts to the electrical home appliance, electro-mechanical equipments, computer, automobile etc. It has the rubber categories such as EPDM, NBR, CR, NR, SBR, IIR, SIR, FCR, ACM and so on. Among them, two electrical apparatus motor rubber parts of EPDM and CR have gained American UL Standard. The products have been issued THE yellow Card which enters into the global market. Our goods have reached SS-00259 Standard requirements which have been stipulated by European Union. It has also obtained SGS & ITS Environmental Testing Report. Meanwhile it has passed ISO/TS 16949:2002 International Quality System Certification and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System Certification.
In order to enhance the productive efficiency and ensure the product quality, the company has successively introduced a group of the advanced machining and testing facilities both at home and abroad. The major equipments are the rubber mixing devices such as the kneading and mixing machinery, open mixing mill, precision pre-forming machine etc.; the rubber forming installations such as the imported FCR type rubber automatic ejection and forming machine, FBV type vacuum extraction oil-pressure compressing and forming machine and so on; all kinds of the mould machining apparatus; the testing instruments such as the vulka meter, salt mist corrosion test chamber ageing test-box, tensile tester, universal testing machine and so forth. It is completely equipped with the independent research, developing and productive capabilities.
