Bearings are the main item we deal in. We are manufacturer of Ball Bearings and Automotive Bearings in China. Ball Bearings from size 624 to 6210. And Automotive bearings include Taper Roller Bearing, Clutch Release Bearing, Water Pump Bearing, Timing and Tension Bearing, Steering Bearing etc. Our factory has got ISO 9002 approval and we have advanced and professional equipments. Most of Ball Bearings are in EMQ ( Electric Motor Quality) quality class and used for Electric Motor, Water Pump, Power Tool, Washer, Fan etc. Apart from standard ones, our factory has also produced some non-standard items that are the same as those manufactured by SKF, FAG, NSK, NTN, NACHI , KOYO, FLT etc. We can offer all kinds of bearings. Composite Self-lubricating Bearings
PTFE-based metal-polymer materials:
Our metal-backed, PTFE-based (polytetrafluoroethylene) polymer bearing materials have a common structure, consisting of a steel backing bonded to a porous bronze sinter layer. This bronze sinter layer is impregnated and overlaid with the filled PTFE bearing lining.
The steel backing provides mechanical strength, while the bronze sinter layer provides a strong mechanical bond between the backing and the bearing lining. This construction promotes dimensional stability and improves thermal conductivity.
These PTFE linings offer exceptionally low friction.
Thermoplastic-based metal-polymer materials:
CSB-20, CSB-22, CSB80 have a similar structure to the PTFE-based materials described above; but with these products, the bearing lining consists of a filled thermoplastic extruded tape.
These materials are generally designed to operate with marginal lubrication.CSB-20/22/80 are most commonly provided with a uniform pattern of indents in the bearing surface that act as grease reservoirs.
The CSB-22 (PVDF+POM) has lower friction and excellent wear resistance and high temperature bear compare with CSB-20.
The CSB-80 (PEEK+PTFE) gives this material excellent temperature and chemical resistance combined with good load capacity and is particularly suited for operation under arduous conditions with oil lubrication.
2-layer materials:
The CSB-15/12/32 products consists of aluminum/steel/stainless steel as backed material and overlay the PTFE supply lower friction and lower weight, suitable for sports equipment OA machines and automotive industry.
The FR,CSB-3S products consists of bronze or stainless steel alloy mesh and have a special polymer bearing lining containing solid lubricants and fillers bonded to it. The metal mesh supply mechanical strength and support for the bearing lining. This construction allows extremely thin wall bearings and easy to installation.

Strong cast bronze with solid lubricants
The CSB650 series bearing material is consist of strong cast bronze as base material and combined with solid lubricants, this kind material provides a maintenance-free solution and particularly for high load and intermittent of oscillating motion.
Bronze wrapped bearings
CSB090 bearing material are provided with a uniform pattern of indents that act as grease reservoirs. The
CSBT090 supply the through hole instead of the indents, and which provided with larger amounts of lubricant to be incorporated. The CSBB09G type bearings similar to CSB090 but the with graphite in indents as lubricants, which suitable for initial lubrication.
Bronze powder with steel material
The JF800 material is consist of the bronze powder and steel backed material, and the CSB850 metal backed bronze with graphite lined bearing material, sintered layers are of special copper alloy containing uniformly dispersed solid lubricants. This series materials is supply for dry/marginal lubricated solutions.

Our range of oil-impregnated sintered bronze bearings is intended for use in maintenance-free operations, under moderately high speeds and low loads.
