- Technical Drawing preparation and approval.
- Selection of suitable material & its properties.
- Marking & cutting, welding of blank and radiography.
- Forming by rings, dyes and punches.
- Intermediate Stress Relieving (for High Thickness)
- Final heat treatment as per pre-decided cycles.
- Surface preparation for NDT.
- DP/UT/MPT/Radiography check.
- Internal Inspection by Qualified Inspectors/Quality Managers.
- Final inspection by Third Party Inspection Agency.
- Packaging & Dispatch.
