PRODUCTION OF ZAMAC
Zamac is a zinc alloy for die-casting product of high purity. We produce zamac 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 12 and other formulas depending on our customers requirement. We use electrolytic zinc S.H.G. 99.995%, where the components are variable form 95% to 97% of the total in the alloy. The raw material is purchased on the local market, and the purchase also aluminum local in market 99.7% from the first merger, magnesium and copper is bought locally. We have a strict quality control in our laboratory.
Zamac is mostly used for the manufacture of key chains, buckles, buttons, home appliances parts, zippers, toys, electrical supplies, spare parts, faucet parts, automobile parts like oil pumps, carburetors, handles, mirror bases, automobile’s trade marks of logos, regulators for gas tanks, hardware, ornaments, candelabras, trophies, etc
PRODUCTION OF ZINC OXIDE
For the production of our high quality Zinc Oxide U.S.P. / B.P (United States Pharmacopeia / British Pharmacopoeia), we use the French Method starting with Zinc Special High Grade, S.H.G. 99.995% with French process. This process guarantees the best quality for pharmaceutical use as well as for rubber, tires, plastic, glass, paper, ceramics, paints, balanced food, matches, enamels, soaps, tiles, plasters, cosmetics, etc.
ZINC BALLS AND HALF BALLS
We produce Half Balls and Zinc Balls at 99.995% of 50 mm, 40 mm, for plating industry. This product is packaged in reinforced cartons weighing 25 kgs cardboard boxes on pallets of 1000 kgs. pallets covered with stretch film. Also it is available in neutral polypropylene bags of 25 kgs. in boxes of 1000 kgs. In addition, we produce Zinc Rectangular Plates.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Quality Control of our products is achieved by using a “Perkin Elmer” Absorption Spectrophotometer to check assay. We also use different other specialized equipment such as a specific surface area, average particle size and others that verify chemical and physical requirements.
Furthermore, all our shipments are accompanied by a Certificate issued by our Quality Control Department so that we can guarantee our clients excellent service, quality and timely deliveries, as Exports form 86% of our business.
Our factory of 20,500 m2 is located in El Callao, near the port. We have relations with various shipping companies that dock in el Callao and assure efficient and timely shipments of our products to Europe (Belgium, Germany, England, Italy, France, Spain, Holland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Norway, Ireland, Portugal, Poland); Latin America (Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Argentina); Central America and The Caribbean (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Cuba, Dominican Republic); North America (United States, Canada, Mexico); Asia and Far East (Hong Kong, Nepal, Bangladesh, Israel, Japan, Taiwan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, India); Africa (Republic of South Africa, Egypt) and Oceania (Australia).
