Kaifeng high pressure valve corporation (originally
kaifeng high pressure valve factory ) is the board chairman of the valve association of China ,and the specified enterprise of manufacturing high and medium pressure valve .
Hu Jin-tao, secretary general of the Central Committee of CPC, president of the People’s Republic of China,Jiang Zemin, the Former Chairman of PRC and secretary of the Secretariat of the central committee of CPC and many other party and central government leaders as well as high-ranking officials from ministries and the provincial and municipal governments have come to inspect our enterprise for many times .

There are 1600 employees in the corporation including 180 technical personnel(50senior engineers).The corporation holding land area is 262000 square meter’s.
There are 1130 sets of equipment of which main production equipment 570 sets in the corporation including a NO-BAKE SAND LASKLESS MOULLDING LINE imported from IMF company in Italy .It also have two three-ton electric are melting furnace. 40tons computer controlled all fiber gas heat treallvient furnace, NC machines, Co-60 gamma ray NDE equipment and pre-heat fast direct read spectrometer imported from Baird company of U.S.A. and so on.
Main products of the corporation : gate valve, check valve, butterfly valve, ball valve. Water pressure test valve ,extraction check valve, vacuum valve, water sealing valve low-temperature valve, safety valve-etc, over 700types,10000 specifications. Valve nominal size:3~1300mm, 1/4″~42″,pressure range PN16~PN320,150Lb~3500Lb,working temperature-196℃~593℃.Material includes carbon steel, cryogenic steel, stainless steel and heat resistant steel, etc. Way of actuation : manual ,gear, electric ,etc.
In 1985, we imported from OKANO Valve MFG,Co.LTD. Japan casting technology &product design and manufacturing technology of high temperature and high-pressure valves.
In January 1994,the corporation was licensed quality certificate by American Petroleum Institute.(API).
In May 1996, the corporation obtained ISO-9001 international quality certificate by DNV.
Passing European committee PED-CE product and material certification in January 2004.
Passing APISPEC6D certification in October, 2004.
Passing special equipment manufacturing licensing primary inspection and product type test in December ,2004 and January ,2005sepretarilly.
