Cixi Zhenhui Steering Actuator & Rear-View Mirror Co., Ltd. is a manufactory that specializes in electric rearview mirrors and electric redirectors for ordinary and exclusive automobiles. In order to enlarge production scope and supply better condition for the production, our new workshop as large as 30,000 square meters is being built.
After years of development, an excellent technical team and completed systems of quality and after service have been formed in our company. Now our company has 124 employees. 37% of them (46 people) have graduated from universities or colleges, and 29% of them (36 people) have been awarded secondary or advanced titles of a technical post. In addition, our company has cooperated with famous universities and scientific institutions to develop a high-tech product in the world - automatic foldaway rearview mirror, which has been patented by the government.
ZHQ electric redirector is a product designed and produced by our company. It has advanced structure and techniques, high quality and simple equipment. Its many technical records have reached and exceeded those of the same products in the world. It has been given the utility model patent, golden award of the 9th Patented Exposition, and technological advancement award by the Government of Cixi City. Our electric redirector of ZHQ200000 has been developed based on the product of ZHQ and it also has been patented by government.
Our electric redirector mirror and electric redirector have been listed in State Spark Plan. Our company has a subsidiary of mould manufactory. It has 2 exact CNC moulds and more than 20 technicians for mould design and production. The qualities of the mould are absolutely good. Moreover, it has been certified by ISO9001 in the year of 2000.
Our company has cooperated with Shanghai Traffic University and Hangzhou Electric Engineering College to develop an assembling line of automaton for electric redirector. It has been named the 863 project. It is the unique assembling line for electric redirector in our company and has gotten an approval by the National Scientific Committee.
In order to improve the product quality, our company worked with Hangzhou Electric Engineering College to develop and complete the inspection equipment and monitor for electric redirector and rearview mirror. We also have professors and doctoral tutors from universities to investigate our inspection and test equipment, so the qualities of electric redirector and electric rearview mirror have been improved rapidly and our products are popular in the market.
Our company expects to develop the overseas market based on the domestic market. The main sales method is producing the matching products for the auto manufactory. Now we have established a long business line with a lot of companies such as Ningbo Huachen, Chengfeng Liebao, Zhenzhou Nissan, Jiangxi Isuzu, Beijing Futian, and Shanghai Wanfeng. We are also a supplier for companies in the USA, Brazil, Japan, Malaysia, and Taiwan. |
