Established in 2002, International Security Technology Ltd (hereafter IST) is currently a leading international identification solutions supplier with its headquarters in the Shenzhen Free Trade Zone and over 300 employees.
Established in 1997, Shenzhen Sway Battery Ltd (hereafter SWAY), one of the earliest developers and manufacturers in Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead Acid battery products in China. The SWAY battery factory is in Pingshan Shenzhen, which has a workshop of over 12,000sqm and over 600 employees.
The annual battery production capacity is over 600,000KVAH including SJ, SM, SG, Gel, Deep cycle, Front-terminal, Motorcycle and Auto series batteries and more than 300 battery products.
In 2005, IST started a partnership with Shenzhen Sway Battery Ltd. As exclusive partners, SWAY takes full responsibility of the battery R&D, production, quality management, certification etc. The IST Battery Division was established in 2005 and is responsible for the sales of SWAY batteries in international and domestic markets. There are over 20 employees working in the IST Battery Division for battery sales and services.

Development Plan:
The Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead Acid battery market is expected to reach USD $5 billion in 2010 worldwide (over 30% annual growth rates).
The IST Battery Division has already sold battery products in more than 10 countries with sales revenue of over USD $10,000,000 in 2006.
Sales revenue is expected to reach USD $12,000,000 in 2007 and with 20% annual growth rate in the coming years.
