Alnet Systems manufactures digital recording and transmition systems for video analog and network cameras. These professional PC based systems are widely used in CCTV installations. Applications consist of two modules and make use of special codec. This technology enables transmition of digital image through network and UMTS/GPRS/GSM connection. Systems offered by Alnet give opportunity to view installations and store archives remotely in many locations. Systems offer possibility to tune themselves to record movement only. Additionally they offer special compresion method which uses two types of frames: key frames - large frames viewed periodicaly and motion compensated frames which make use of the difference between the current frame being processed and a previous frame of video, ensuring that informaton that does not change - a static background , is not repeatedly transmitted. Alerts can be activated by movement detection in particular areas on each camera saparately, by sound detecion or by closing electrical circuit connected to system inputs – integration with access control. If alerteted system can set outputs for example lights, send e-mail, add bookmark to archives or connect with client applications. Triggering tasks may be dependent on assigned time bars in scheduler. It also may be dependent on input activity – integration with access control. If system is tuned to record movement only options for buffering image and alert based upon sound detection ensure that whole event will be recorded. Archives can be searched according to each camera time bar. Also movement in particular marked areas can be searched. Recorded event signed by watermark specific to digital dongle and licence number has power of evidence in court of law. |
