Established in 1998, we are an ISO 9001:2000 certified fruit & vegetable processing company based in Himachal Pradesh (INDIA). All our products carry FPO marks ensuring the pure & hygienic quality as prescribed by PFA and other relevant rules and quality standards. We run food processing business on the new age business ethics and strategies and believe in our traditional recipes for pickles. Our food and vegetable processing is carried out by qualified and experienced industry food technicians. Besides, other staff also has proved its acumen in the respective fields. With a dream of healthy India, our Chairman Mr. Vijay Kumar (65 years) & Mg. Director Mr. Vivek Basandrai (35 years) are leading Hygeia to new heights of success.
Food processing is a value addition business, which adds taste, flavour and nutrition (sometimes) and increases product life by sterilization or use of preservatives. This is also a rescue process without which the surplus vegetables and fruits have been going waste. We have diversified product types and developed new combinations.
PRODUCTS
We are the manufacturers and supplier of Fruit Juice Drinks, Pickles, Fruit jams, Fruit Wines, Fruit Squashes, Fruit Syrups, Apple Tomato Ketchup, Cider Vinegar etc. Presently we have 24 flavours of these under the brand name of “PICK” and “JOLLY MAKER”. Our processed fruit & vegetable products are steadily gaining popularity due to their hygienic quality and nutritional values. Presently we are catering North India besides Exports. We deal in a versatile range of processed food products, which are hit of the market. We have a growth of 300% of our own brand in the last three years by providing quality products & services.
LOCATION
The plant is situated in the heart of H.P. in Fruit & Veg. growing pollution free belt just 1.5 k. m. away from Delhi - Manali highway (NH-21) in well connected Govt. Industrial Area Nerchowk (Ratti) Distt. Mandi. The area has sufficient water and uninterrupted electric supply. Nearest Airport Bhunter (Kullu) at 60k.m. and Nearest Railway Station Kiratpur at 110k.m.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The Plant has covered area of 5,500 Sq feet in the total plot area of 15,000 Sq. feet. It is fitted with semi automatic filling, labeling lines with instant steam boiler along with all other required equipment. Our machines are designed to function with high level of time and cost efficiency resulting in competitive product cost. The plant at present has capacity to produce 2.5 tons of products per shift and there is scope for further expansion.

Based in Himachal Pradesh, we have access to the best fruit & vegetable growers of the region and we procure the fruits and vegetables farm-fresh. The Laboratory facilities are well equipped to perform required prescribed tests for best product quality.
