Lucheng Rizheng Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., is situated in the southeast of Shanxi Province, which is rich in natural resources. Founded in September 2001, it covers an area of more than 30 thousand square meters, with a total investment of 30 million RMB and more than 200 members. It enjoys a very convenient transportation with easy access to high ways, railways, and airport and near Tianjin Port.
The company is a non-government funded enterprise with intensive processing of Magnesium Powder as its major business. It is permitted by the Ministry of Foreign Economy and Trade and other bureaus. It has the right to import and export goods for producing and selling. By cooperating with Xinlihua Magnesium Powder Research Center in Beijing, and introducing the world-class automatic high-speed vortex-flow precise non-ferrous metal powder processing technology, now its annual production reaches over 5000t. The company mainly produces magnesium powder of 10-325mesh (Chinese Specification)， and applies new technological equipments to produce the passivation magnesium powder which can adjust the fire-retardant time. The passivation layer is even and firm, and the Mg will not be damaged during the process to meet the purpose of deep desulphurizing. It also produces AZ91D Mg alloy piece. The Mg powder is widely used in military, aerospace, airplanes, metallurgy, medicine, chemical industry and steel desulphurization. The parts made of AZ91D Mg alloy bits are light, thin, shiny on surface, with high-strength, good size stability, super anti-shaking, fast heat dispelling, strong anti-electromagnetic interference and easy to be processed. It is said that the alloy is environmental protection material and the substitute of Aluminum alloy in the 21st century. And we can also produce Mg piece, Mg alloy piece, Mg ingot, Mg alloy ingot, Al ingot, Zn ingot, etc. according to the customers’ needs.
