GR BOND RUBBER TRACK PADS
GR Bond Rubber Track Pads are for Sensor Paver Machine and excavator. The medium grade Polyurethane Track Pads combine the best qualities of Polyurethane and high quality Rubber to provide a durable and long life Track Pad in conventional and interchangeble short pitch types. These pads are designed for low ground pressure application on construction and agricultural equipment. It increases traction and protections for delicate surfaces that would be damaged by exposed steel tracks. These Track Pads offers longer operational life time and are least expensive GR BOND Rubber Track Pads are available in variety of shape and wide range of sizes to fit many types of constructional machineries.
ENGINE MOUNTING
Engine Mountings are designed with metal incorporated in mounting itself to take care of compression, shear and torque loads depending upon the applied load.
RECTANGULAR SANDWICH MOUNTING
RECTANGULAR SANDWICH MOUNTINGS are manufactured in two sizes for minimizing the vibration. They are very much suitable for direct compression or at a various inclination to suit individual requirements such as sound chambers, hoppers, heavy installation carriage construction and suspending the small automobile engine etc. They are available in two types.

GR BOND MACHINE MOUNTINGS (ROUND MOUNTINGS )
GR BOND MACHINE MOUNTINGS are ready to use for WORKSHOP MACHINERIES. It eliminates the foundation, foundation bolts, and grouting in the ground and ready to install mountings allows fast commissioning of machineries. For precise levelling, it has a special feature for height adjustment. These mountings provides excellent interchangeability of layout of machineries in workshop. GR BOND ‘O’ MONTING/INSTRA MOUNTING/ROLLER MOUNTING
These mountings are manufactured in various types for small to medium size units in Engineering application. These are manufactured according to the requirement of customers. These mountings are available for 50kgs To 1000kgs. Load per Mounting. The deflection is minimum.
GR BOND CUSHYFOOT MOUNTINGS.
Cushyfoot mountings are manufactured in three standard size as listed below. Cushyfoot Mountings are suitable for Diesel Generator sets, Blowers,Compressors, Machine Pumps, Engine Test Beds, Food Processing machineries, Mobile generator sets, Printing Machines, Precision Grinders, Polishers, Electric hammers etc.
Cushyfoot mountings gives insulation against transverse and vertical vibration and reduces transmission noise. It gives insulation against out of balance forces and reduces the transmission of vibration.

DOUBLE ‘U’ SHEAR MOUNTING
Double ‘U’ Shear mountings are manufactured in four different sizes. These mountings are capable of damping shocks & vibration in vertical as well as in lateral direction. The design incorporates built-in protection against metal to metal bottoming. These mounting can be used on instruments, electronics apparatus, protecting equipment in packing cases, suspending light components/recorders in a vibrating equipment, electrical control panels, suspending ducts, pipe lines & high speed motors for hydraulic power pack etc. Double ‘U’ Shear Mounting can be prepared as pre-compressed and used as buffers.
