The base material is FR-4,CEM-3,CEM-1, FR-1, FR-2, XP, halogen free and high CTI. The types of surface finishing are Hot Air Solder Leveling (/without lead), Immersion Tin, Silver Paste, Flash Gold ( Electrolytic), Gold Finger, Carbon Ink, Rosin, Peelable Mask, and so on.Furthermore, we provide one-stop solution from design, PCB manufacturing and assembly,testing and packaging to our customers.
