PT. PLN needs Petroleum as HSD/MFO 9,000,000.00 kilo litters per years and they purchase them from PT. Pertamina.
1,000,000.00 kilo liters for 3 companies total 3,000,000.00 kilo litters will be tender, now on process of pre-qualification.
Latest date of submit of pre-qualification at 12 March 2007. Lot of papers works / document prepares by applicant, where is one of document is back up financing. We chooses you to be our partners to provide these back up letters and if we win then you provide the capital or seek others.
PT. PLN provide a bank instrument with 4 month maturity as payment terms ( 4 month after delivery), therefore we need capital USD 160M with USD 40 M/month.
First stage, we need your finance back up letter for USD 160M and the letters required endorse by Indonesia consular/embassy in your location.

We submit 2 application in this pre-qualification :
PT. Samudra Etan Energi
PT. Inowa Gasindo
If you agree for Joint Venture Operation then we can share profit as :
JV with PT. Samudra Etan Energi you can get 40% and
JV with PT. Inowa you can get 35%.
Supplier of HSD from refinery or oil company or trader origin Russia. If you have supplier it make me more interest to do a joint with you.
