Asd Orman Ürünleri Paz. San. Tic. A.Ş. is one of the biggest manufacturer of different products ranges and brands in Turkey. Here is some brief explanations about our company and product range four your kind attention.
A ) DİVAPAL LAMINATE : This manufacturing facility is operating on 7.000 sqm covered area, out of 82.000 sqm total area.
Divapel is the famous and high quality Standard brand name of ASD comtinuous and high pressure laminates.
Annual capacity is 6.000.000 sqm with available thickness from 0.2 mm up to 1.0 mm with the post forming quality. We are able to serve different preferences with over than 160 colors and 5 different surface types.
Standard size of CPL is 130 cm * ( up to 100m roll), and Standard size of HPL is 130 * 305 cm.
B ) MDF AND DERIATIVES : ( MDF, melamine faced MDF, walla panels and skirtings.)
This manufacturing facilitiy is operating on 47.000 sqm covered area, out of 300.000 sqm total area.
- Raw MDF : Daily capacity is 450 cbm with available thickness from 8 mm up to 18 mm. Standard size is 210 * 244 cm .
- Melamine faced MDF : Divalam - capacity for melamine faced MDF is 7000 sheet / day. Standars size is 210 * 244 cm with alternative thickness and color range.
- Wall panels : Diwall – There are 3 models. The length is 2.80 lm and 8 mm thickness with an alternative colors. Assembling Diwall is so easy with the finishing components named finclik.
- Skirtings : we are able to serve with 1.200.000 lm / year total capacity by four models. Special designs and colors are acceptable for a special projects.
C ) RAW CHIPBOARD AND MELAMINE FACED CHIPBOARD
This manufacturing facility is operating in 4.000 sqm covered area out of 10.000 sqm open area. The production capacity is a timber processing of 200 m3 daily in a three shifts.
Standard size of chipboard is 1830 * 3660 mm with an available thickness of 8-18-25 and 30 mm. we can able to serve melamine faced chipboards in 8 and 18 mm thickness in a range of 21 colours.
With a growing rate ASD is stil serving countries like Iran, Egypt, Azerbaıjan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhistan, Greece, Italy, U.K., Spain, Finland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Qatar, Dubai, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Iraq.
