CHONGQING SANHUA INDUSTRY CO., LTD. founded in 1992, which engage in casting, forging, pressing aluminum (magnesium) alloy, fine machining, heat treatment and surface treatment and so on. And it is a manufacturer of motorcycle parts, automobile parts, general gasoline engine parts and standard parts etc... It possesses the right to export and import. The company has over 100 million current assets. A total of 20 forging presses are used to produce over 200 different components. And it equipped with over 600 sets of equipments for established the production and assembly inspection line for automobile parts, motorcycle parts, gasoline engine crankcase, cylinder (housing), arrester, wheel etc.
Sanhua Industry has a strong capability for R&D. We fetched in advanced technology from Solidworks Company in USA. We are capable to design and produce tools and dies with planar, three-dimensional and Pro. /E plat stage. Meanwhile, we have inspection instruments like Spectrometer, CMM for material analysis, dimension inspection etc.
We have gained over 10 patents and awarded “The corporate design workroom in digital corporate design project” by science and economy committee in Chongqing on March, 2006. In addition, we are a supplier in the global purchase system of B&S and YAMAHA. And we are awarded many glories etc. by Briggs & Stratton, Jailing Group, Zongshen Group, Jianshe Group and Loncin Group etc. for several years.
We have passed through the international Standard Organization ISO9001: 2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 certificated.
At present, our products are popular in both domestic and overseas markets. The main products we supplied including automobile parts, motorcycle parts, universal gasoline engine case series, cover series, valve series, standard parts and wheels etc. which not only sell to Europe, German, Japan, Pakistan, Iran etc., but also to the main engine plants in Chongqing, Guangzhou and to the 2nd automobile company.
