Tianjin Tangwa Valve Sales Co., Ltd. is an international and domestic sale agent of Tianjin Tanggu Valve Plant and Tianjin Watts Valve Co., Ltd. Depending on many years' experience of valve sale and two company's technologies and productivity supports, we have already obtained the outstanding achievement in valve industry.
Established in 1956, Tianjin Tanggu Valve Plant is one of the major valve manufacturers in China. The competent authority of Tianjin Tanggu Valve Plant is Tianjin Machinery Electronic Industry Group (The former is Tianjin Administration Bureau of Machinery Building Industry). Our plant covers an area of 80,000 square meters including 53,000 square meter construction area with convenient land, air and water transportation.
There are 1,000 employees in our plant, including 117 technicians and engineers and 15 senior engineers. Our fixed assets are approximate 15 million US dollars. We possess 400 sets of machines and equipment among which 50 sets are heavy equipment. Meanwhile, we have the largest valve performance testing center in North China which makes the plant capable of developing, designing and manufacturing various medium and low pressure valves.
We produce valves in 540 sizes of 40 series in 8 categories. Our main products include center line butterfly valves, flanged butterfly valves, metal to metal sealing butterfly valves, wafer check valves, gate valves and air regulating valves. They are well sold in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China and exported to many countries in Europe, America and Oceania. Our plant has established close partnerships with professional manufacturers in the USA, German, Australia, Hong Kong and the Taiwan area.
Our annual output is more than 5,000 metric tons. The annual sale of valves is nearly 25 million US dollars. We are one of the top 500 mechanical industry enterprises (evaluated in 1995). By introducing the technology of center line butterfly valve from mark controls in 1980 and establishing joint venture with Tianjin Watts Valve Co., Ltd with the investment ratio of 40% to 60%, our production scale has been increased from year to year.
Established by Tianjin Tanggu Valve Plant and Tianjin Watts Valve Co., Ltd, our joint venture has earned good reputation in China and worldwide. Our products with the trade marks of "TVT" and "TWT" have very large market share and are widely used in engineering, petroleum, and chemical industry.
