Shandong Tongda Steel Castings Co., Ltd, as a sub-company of Shandong Jinyang Industry Company, is located in Zouping, which is between Jinan airport and Qingdao port, and lies in the east of Shandong capital city-Jinan. Our company covers 16,800 square meters and has the total assets of 8,200,000 Chinese yuan. Its annual income is 43,000,000 Chinese yuan per year. In our company, there are more than 140 employees and 85 specialized technical staff, including two permanent senior engineers. Furthermore, we have the advanced production line and can produce series of anode yoke for aluminum smelting industry according to the customers’ requirements. The anti-wearing, heat-resistant and anti-corrosive castings we produced are above the national standard relying on the unique formula, advanced foundry techniques, heat treatment and functional quality testing equipment. We can produce single product within 20-ton castings and some other foundry goods, which contains chemical elements of Mn, Gr, Ni etc. according to the drawings supplied by the customers, such as high manganese steel castings and chromium alloy balls, bucket teeth, teeth adapters, side pieces for excavators, shovel loaders and crusher, heat-resisting ejector nozzles and blast caps used in power station .Our products have exported to many countries, such as America, Canada, South Korea and middle Asia, and so on.
