• Rotomec Cartridge type Coater and Lamination machine, capable of Dry lamination, Wet lamination, Solvent based lamination, Water-based lamination and specialized coating.
• Tiwafi Lamination machine, capable of laminating and cold seal at the same time.
• Three high speed slitters from Schiavi Italy with width 150 cm.
• One high speed slitters from Rotomec with capable of slitting cigarette paper.
• Polyethylene extrusion machine on Paper and Aluminium foil.
• Polyethylene film (Transparent & Milky) machine.
• Two Callipo forming machine (convolute tube) for Ice Cream.
• Automatic Center-Seal Bag making machine / Four Sides –Seal Bag making machine.
• PVC Shrink Sleeves (Label machine).
• 6 colours Flexogravure Printing machine Center dram.
Offset Division:
• 6 colours printing machine from Heidel berg.
• 3 colours printing machine from Rolner.
• 1 colours printing machine from Heidel berg.
• Cutting machine from Bobst Heidel berg.
• Cutting machine from Rabolini.
• Cutting machine 115 cm.
• Lamination machine sheet to sheet.
• Folding gluer MLC 105 cm. from Jagu berg- Germany.
• Folding gluer MLC 110 cm. from Omega- Turkey.
• Three Window Patching machines & inner liner (Lipton tea boxes)
• Apart from these we have a fully equipped laboratory and Quality control systems.
Our Installed capacity is for 380 MT per month, our present production is about 300 MT per month.
We are supplying our quality products to many satisfied customers in Libya, Kenya, Sudan, Jordon, Saudi and Egypt. Some of Our reputed customers are Unilever, Nestle, Kraft, Cadbury, Pepsico (Fritolay), Vitrac, Henkel, , etc.
