ROTIS d.o.o. company has been a well-known manufacturer of bearings and gears for decades. We have developed our own technology and projects and manufacture all types of bearings and gears. Axial ball-type rotary connections are manufactured in a variety of shapes and variants. We offer one-, two- and three-line ball-type and roller-type rotary connections. We have also specialised in the production of wire bearings used to military purposes. Upon a client’s request we perform gear cutting on the outer or inner ring.
In compliance with assembly requirements for a bearing we perform dimensioning by static and dynamic calculation of max. Load of bearing, gear and screws.
Bearings are manufactured of high performance steels, roll-forged rings are purchased from famous western manufacturers.
Our production is controlled by high quality CNC treatment machines. The roller tracks of balls or rollers are inductive or flame hardened. After hardening contact surfaces are treated by turning or grinding. If requested, flanks and roots of a gear tooth are also hardened.
After a bearing is assembled, it undergoes quality inspection, which is the basis for a measurement certificate to be issued.
On a client’s request we can also acquire a variety of certificates for a manufactured bearing (LLOYD’S,…).
For each bearing we prepare a calculation of load and draw a load diagram. Construction and technology documentation is prepared by a computer, especially by means of software developed especially for bearings.
We also manufacture supporting flanges used for the fastening of bearings to a construction. We can supply seamless rolled flanges or welded in a required material quality and treated in compliance with client’s requests.
Apart from flanges we also supply screws, nuts and washers in various material qualities with all the required certificates.
