We are the manufacturer of international standard al-alloy wheel for automobiles, under the technical assistance of ensure company ltd. Taiwan. At present, the company has the capacity of producing 3, 00,000 units per year. The plant consists of gravity casting machines, latest CNC lathes & CNC machining centers & CNC drilling machines, fully equipped and modern quality control lab etc. Our quality control lab has latest computerized machinery & instrument to perform all sorts of quality tests required to check our product quality according to the international standards. We have our own dies and mould shop where we produce all the moulds for alloy wheels on the latest CNC Machining centers and Milling Machines on International Standards.
We have obtained the Japan via certification on laboratory equipment and ISO 9001 certification is the evidence that our Company is quality conscious. The company is producing alloy wheels in sizes 12" to 17" and 15" spinners at the moment.
Our wheels are light weight and durable and have 3 years manufacturers warranty on it. It is in our plan to make sizes up to 22 in near future.
