China Tianjin Jinzheng Paper Co., Ltd. is a large paper mill, which is invested by Tianjin Trust & Investment Co., Ltd., Tianjin Jinbin Paper Co., Ltd and a few persons. Under the help of Tianjin Government and Jinbin Development Co., Ltd. We have invited some South Korea experts in paper field. With their advanced technology and management experience, we have successfully started the high-grade writing paper line.
We have three production lines, i.e. high-grade bleached cotton pulp production line imported from CLEXTRAL Company of France, Automatic xerox-proof copy paper cutting line & Auto-packing line from BIELOMATIK Company of Germany, and paper machine from Over Company of Italy with the yearly production capacity of 70,000 tons.
DC Drive System, PLC, Quality Control System, Distributed Control System, intellect headbox, surface size, neutral size which is more endurable comparing with acid size, have been used in our paper-making production line. We can produce high-grade bond paper covering 40g/m2 to 150g/m2, high-grade writing paper, high-grade wood-free offset paper, anti-fake paper with clear or dim water mark and industry paper.
