The compact flour milling that we produce in our factory are established with the special design that available in high flour and collected on a platform.The system formed from 3 part: In cleaning part; the wheat is cleaned from all foreign material, in tempering part; the wheat is waited suitable time according to type of wheat, the condition also the humidity, in grinding part; flour is formed by roller. It is sifted in square sieve is spirited from its brain and the quality flour is charged to sack from flour sleeve. Our compact flour factory can establish at least 2,3,4.... Horizontal roller and increase up to 10 roller. When the number of roller is increased the capacity and the machine that is using in system is changed. Explanations
1. We deliver our machines to the customer in our plant.
2. Our prices are registered as to be exporting.
3. Main electric transformer and the cable between the panels shout be by the
buyer firm.
4. Establishment of water and air systems, and water Tanks should be build up by
the buyer firm.
5. The buyer firm will pay residence expenses and other expenditures of the team.
6. The buyer firm should supply the crane, which is going to be used for lifting the machines.
7. Our electric motors are guarantied for one year; and our other machines have the quarantined of one (1) year without using
faults.
8. The buyer firm should execute the transportation of the machines.
9. The prices should be kept as secret by the buyer firm.
10.The mounting team are 3 persons, and complete the mounting within 25 ?0 days.
11.Payment terms: We confirm the payment terms shown in our quotation?? % 50
down payment with the order. %50 balance by Irrevocable Documentary Credit,
Issued in our favor by a first Class Bank in your Country, opened through and
confirmed by an Turkish Bank, payable at sight against presentation of the
shipping documents. At this regard we would like to point out that the min.
percentage we can accept for the down payment is 30 %, and the 20 % will bee
downed after the setting up of the machines.
12.Delivery terms: the time of Delivery fixed after the agreement.
