During the period of late 70s to 80s, the service object of PCL gradually turned to the circle consisted of entrepreneurs, social celebrities and their enterprises. In 1990s, John Brown replaced the initiator William Brown as the current president of PCL. As the government policy, economic structure changed, many service enterprises began to turn their business to oversea market. Likewise, Mr. Brown initiated his PCL global development plan.
