Garter Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. established in 1982, capital NT$10,000,000 joint venture with several machine manufacturers. Garter has export whole-plant equipment/machinery for PP woven bag, Printed OPP + PP woven fabric sandwich bag, Tubular inside laminated PP woven bag, Block bottom valve cement bag (AD-Star), HDPE tarpaulin, PE net bag, 1L~5L PET Bottle, 10L~25L Jerrican and PET Package etc.
Since then, Garter has signed up more than 50 customers in last more than 30 years, for whole plants to make PP woven sacks. In order to provide better customer service and to further develop overseas markets, other new markets that Garter plans to explore include the Middle East and Africa.

Ltd. that one of the largest local makers of PP woven sacks at Taiwan.
