To fully check the products during the manufacturing process, we imported computerized checking machine from America to check out every button cap and get rid of defective ones automatically.
2. Because the inner side of button cap is directly attached to the foods, so selection of its internal coating and sealing compound becomes crucial. In order to pursue quality stability, the whole set of internal coating and sealing compound we use are provided by well-known German internal coating companies. Its internal coating and sealing compound are meet the conditions made by German authority concerns and F.D.A.
3. Our policy is making conscientious preparation before producing, setting strict quality control rules to monitor manufacturing process and examining the finished product to meet the quality standards.
